Take a tantalizing treasure hunt

It's a treasure of antiques, collectables and delights! The Killarney Antique Fair on Saturday, 5 October in the C.N.A. Court between 9am and 3pm for a not-to-be-missed matchless mix of exhibitors.

The Killarney Antique Fair will play host to a variety of dealers from all over South Africa, including oriental specialist Heather Knight, jewellery expert Joleyn Langerman as well as experts in silver - the Rothfels. There is a little something for everyone from art, Royal Doulton and Moorcroft to Japanese or Chinese jewellery.

Coordinated by Clyde Terry from the Collector Road show on the Home Channel and the National Antique and Decorative Arts fair, the Antique Fair will take place at Killarney Mall on the first Saturday of each month and is bound to be the one that will help you to complete your collections.

Antiques are items 100 years or older and Collectables are from the 1930's, 50's, 70's and 90's. "Limited edition items are always excellent to buy as they hold value very well." recommends Terry.

Antiques and indeed collectables have become fine investments cherished by many. "My personal advice to collectors is to always speak to the dealers and let them know exactly what you are looking for. This way they can be of the best possible service to you and your collection," suggests Terry.
